Registration / My account / Forgot your password?
You do not need to register if you are simply browsing for information on our website or would just like to look around our online shop. Registration is necessary, however, if you wish to order from the LECHUZA online shop. A personal account will be set up for you when you register with the LECHUZA online shop, that only you have access to. To register please choose a login name or use your e-mail address as login and choose a secure password to protect your account. During the registration process you will be asked to select a security question and answer it. If you forget your password, you will be able to access your account by answering the security question via the link "Forgot your password? Click here". In "my account" you can view and change your personal data and view your order data at any time.
Categories
The LECHUZA online shop is divided into three categories: planters, accessories, spare parts.
In the planters category you can choose your planter in four simple steps. The available accessories for your planter (sub-irrigation set, coaster) will also be offered here.
Planters - the four steps:
1. Shape: select one of the LECHUZA planter shapes.
2. Size: all available sizes for your chosen planter shape are shown. Select your size.
3. Color: your planter is shown in all available colors. Select your color.
4. Order: in this step you order the planter. You can also select the LECHUZA coaster here, if it is available for your chosen planter.
Click on this question mark during the selection process to reveal information boxes with further details and explanations.
Click on the magnifying glass symbol in step 3 (color selection) to show an enlarged view of your planter.
In the accessories category all accessory parts (sub-irrigation set, liner, coaster and LECHUZA-PON plant substrate) can be ordered individually. They are clearly laid out according to the planter shape.
As an additional service you can also order spare parts. Here, for example, you will find the component parts of the sub-irrigation set (LECHUZA-PON refill drainage for the drainage layer between the separator and soil, water level indicator, supply shaft etc.). These are clearly laid out according to the planter shape.
Shopping cart / number of articles
Select the desired articles on the product pages and put them in your personal shopping cart. To place an article in the shopping cart, simply click on the orange-colored "add to cart" button for the relevant product. There is no limit on quantity, so you can place as many articles as you like in the shopping cart.
In the upper right area of the website, the current number of articles that you have chosen and the total price are shown in the brief overview of the shopping cart. By clicking on the green shopping cart symbol you can see the entire shopping cart.
On the shopping cart page you can enter the quantities you require of each of your chosen articles. Initially each chosen article is placed in the shopping cart with the quantity "1". If you would like to order several of the same article, you can enter the desired number in the relevant field in the shopping cart and click on the "update" button. You can also delete an article in the shopping cart by clicking on the X-button at the end of the corresponding line. If you know the item number of the article you want, you can also enter this directly in the shopping cart using the fast order. This can be found in the lower area of the shopping cart. Please enter the item number and the required quantity and click on the "add" button.
If you wish to select further products or just browse around our shop again, you can return to the LECHUZA assortment via the button "continue shopping" bottom left. If you have selected all the articles you require and would like to complete the order process please click on the "checkout" button bottom right.
Order process
How is the order processed?
Once you have clicked on the "checkout" button, you will be informed about our terms and conditions. These are also available to view at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the web site. You then have the opportunity to select your desired payment option. The delivery address must be entered or verified, and you will then finally see an overview of your order. You now have the opportunity to check your order and correct it if necessary, by returning to the previous pages and amending your details. After checking your order, send it by clicking on the "send order" button. The order process is complete when we send you a confirmation of your order.
Your order data
Your order data is saved and can be retrieved and printed out at any time along with your customer information and our terms and conditions. To do this you only need to revisit the online shop. Here you can check the status of your order and print out your order details both before and after the dispatch of your order. You will also receive confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail unless you have indicated in the registration that this is not required. This e-mail confirmation contains all the details of your order.
